Duties and Responsibilities:
– Understand and learn in the customer relationship management system (CRM / BPM) in order to have knowledge and understanding in solving the problems of customers
– Follow, update, and manage the program manual up to date at all times
– Training on the use of management programs Customer relations (CRM / BPM) for customers
– Support, Helps to answer problems, resolve problems and provide advice to customers using the company’s CRM / BPM software programs by telephone and E-mail.
– Follow up the progress report to solve the problem
Qualification :
– Able to work as a team and work well under pressure
– Able to solve immediate problems in various fields well
– Service-minded, willing to learn new knowledge and detail-oriented, good attitude and interpersonal skills
– High responsibility, punctual, good communication and coordination skills
– self-confident and able to be a guest speaker for training the customer
– Bachelor’s degree in related fields
– Have negotiation skills and can understand the customer needs
Work Experience: New graduate are welcome. If having experience providing services to answer problems in using various programs will be an advantage
